The LTi7 Mentoring Program

"When you've worked hard, and done well, and walked through that doorway of opportunity, you do not slam it shut behind you. You reach back and you give other folks the same chances that helped you succeed." - Michelle Obama

The LTi7 Mentoring Program partners industry experts with talented, ambitious, (and hungry!) college seniors, recent college graduates and graduate students.

Clients who engage with LTi7 and choose the option to participate in supporting its Mentoring Program achieve their engagement objectives and goals cost-effectively and participate in giving back by mentoring and training the next generation of business leaders. The LTi7 Marketing Team works hand in hand with program participants and train them by having them actively participate in solving real-life business challenges. This helps them develop experience, build their resumes and portfolios, and kick-start their careers doing work they majored in and want to do....not work they need to settle for.
